What we’re looking for:

  • fluent English (required),

  • proficiency in a second language: French, German, Italian, or Spanish (fluent in written and verbal communication),

  • strong analytical skills, with a good understanding of numbers,

  • excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

You will:

  • be a valuable link between our company and our customers,
  • be responsible for providing consistent, professional, and complete service,
  • handle customer inquiries,
  • in case of any customer complaints, be part of the claim process,
  • communicate with customers via our e-commerce platform, by e-mail or phone.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • order handling process (from customer inquiry, order creation, to order confirmation & orderly arrival at our customers),
  • make amendments during order processing, if necessary,
  • cash management (credit notes, debit notes, receivables, credit limit),
  • cooperation with internal and external stakeholders,
  • based on Product Catalogue provide information about goods and prices to customers,
  • work with the SAP system, E-commerce platform, CRM,
  • various administrative tasks upon request (reports, statistics).​

Personality requirements and skills:

  • Fluency in Required Languages – Strong written and verbal communication in English and a second language (French, German, Italian, or Spanish)

  • Analytical Thinking – Ability to process and interpret data 

  • Communication Skills – Clear, professional, and friendly interaction with customers

  • Customer-Centric Approach – Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions

  • Technical Proficiency – Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Time Management – Handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively

Education specialization

  • Secondary with school-leaving examination,
  • University education (Bachelor's degree or Master's degree).

  • Monthly salary from 1808 EUR + 13. salary (500 EUR) + 14. salary (500 EUR) +  annual bonuses.
